Hi, I’m Pam. I’m a nutrition specialist who is deeply passionate about helping women feel seen, supported, and empowered in their health—especially during the stages of life when everything feels like it’s changing at once.
My journey into nutrition coaching wasn’t just professional… it was personal. I’ve experienced the fatigue, the hormone shifts, the emotional challenges, and the overwhelming feeling of “Why is my body doing this?” I know what it’s like to feel lost in your own health, to try everything you can think of, and still feel like something is missing.
That’s why I created Passion Focused Health & Wellness Coaching—to give women the kind of support I wish I had. Support that is calm, compassionate, realistic, and tailored to your real life.
